Editorial policy

NoDealingDesk exists to provide independent, unbiased execution quality data to the trading community. This page documents the editorial standards that govern all content published on this site.

Our commitments

No affiliate links

NoDealingDesk does not use affiliate links, referral codes, or CPA arrangements with any broker. We have zero financial incentive to recommend one broker over another. Ever.

No sponsored content

Brokers cannot pay for favorable coverage, reviews, or rankings. No broker has editorial input into our research. Content labeled 'sponsored' will never appear on this site.

Full disclosure

Any potential conflict of interest, limitation in our data, or change to methodology is disclosed prominently. We publish corrections with the same visibility as the original content.

Data-driven conclusions

All claims are backed by measurable data with published methodology. We do not make subjective recommendations. Our role is to present execution quality data -- the trader draws conclusions.

How NoDealingDesk is funded

NoDealingDesk is funded independently. We do not accept advertising from brokers, do not participate in affiliate programs, and do not charge brokers for inclusion in our benchmark reports.

Our operating costs (VPS infrastructure, domain, development) are covered through personal investment in the project. Should this change in the future, any funding source will be fully disclosed on this page.

Corrections and updates

If we make an error in published data or analysis, we issue a correction with the same prominence as the original content. Corrections include: the date of the correction, what was wrong, what is now correct, and how the error occurred.

Methodology updates are documented in our changelog with effective dates and explanations.
