Data policy

How NoDealingDesk collects, processes, stores, and publishes execution quality data. Our approach is privacy-first: we collect the minimum data necessary and never track users.

Data collection

Test data is collected directly from live MT5 accounts using the MT5 API. Data points include: order timestamps, fill prices, requested prices, execution times, server response codes, and order status.

No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected during testing. Test accounts are opened under the research entity and do not represent individual traders.

Network conditions (ping, jitter, packet loss) are logged alongside test data to contextualize results.

User tools & privacy

The MT5 Log Analyzer tool processes your CSV data entirely in your browser. No data is uploaded to our servers, stored, or transmitted. All parsing and analysis happens client-side using JavaScript.

Fill Ratio Calculator and Latency Converter are stateless tools -- no inputs are logged or stored.

NoDealingDesk does not use cookies for tracking, does not run analytics scripts that collect PII, and does not share data with third parties.

Published data

All published benchmark data uses anonymized broker identifiers (Broker A, B, C). Named broker profiles use only publicly available information and broker-disclosed specifications.

Raw data sets referenced in reports are retained internally for a minimum of 2 years for verification purposes. They are not published in full to prevent reverse-engineering of broker identities.

Statistical summaries, charts, and analysis in published reports can be freely cited with attribution to NoDealingDesk.com.

Data retention & deletion

Test data is retained for 2 years from collection date, then permanently deleted.

Website access logs are retained for 30 days for security purposes (DDoS protection, abuse prevention), then automatically purged. These logs contain IP addresses and user agents only.

We have no user accounts, no registration, and no personal data to delete. There is nothing to request deletion of.
